Shipping policy
Australia Shipping
We use Sendle platform as a delivery partner. Sendle will calculate delivery prices at checkout and provide tracking number, time for your order.
With larger orders, we may at times fulfil your order by sending separate parcels, we will contact you if this occurs.
Global Shipping
We use a variety of Delivery vendors for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
Tracking
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order after one week of your estimated delivery time of ordering online, contact us at sijorimelbourne@gmail.com and we'll figure this out for you.
Refund policy
For any refunds or feedback of products email us at sijorimelbourne@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the product from delivery date.
